This hotel is so deceiving. It's rated 4-star (how is that possible?). The web site makes it look modern and elegant - sure the reception area and dining room live up to that, but the rooms - ick. My bed was hard as a rock, the room's window was broken and would not close and the heater did not work.... more

Location is close to center of city (5 minutes). Plenty of parking. NIce room but the view was of a wall. Good breakfast. Helpful staff. Great price on the internet. more

This hotel is impressive at first glance. It is close to the centre of Killarney (less than 10 minutes walk). There is also plenty of parking. The bar is nice and lively with very friendly staff and there is a good atmosphere within. We ate in the bar and it was average bar food- our starter was definately half microwaved... more

We booked this hotel because of it's location on the ring of Kerry, and it's fabulous reception area. The location was good, it was just a five minute walk into Killarney.
