I have just returned from a Weekend in Dublin where I stayed at the Comfort Inn, City West Hotel. The staff were so friendly from the offset, the hotel's interiors far exceeded my expectations and the bedrooms were comfortable and had everything you would need for your stay. The hotels ambience was friendly, welcoming and relaxing, breakfast was great and... more

We stayed in Comfort Inn Citywest as i booked a table in KCH for my husband's birthday. The hotel is new and modern. The lobby is bright and cosy. The male behind the desk was extremely helpful and proffessional. The rooms itself are spacious and modern. The hotel also offers complimentary brodband. Breakfast was hot and tasty although very busy... more

The hotel was in my opinion excellent value for money. My wife and I both had the same first impression of our room on the second floor, we both commented on how clean it was. The decor was modern, warm and welcoming, the fresh white sheets on the bed (obviously as expected) very inviting and the bathroom was spotlessly clean.... more

Although the hotel is quite a journey from the centre of Dublin this is pointed out on the website. The hotel is immaculate, and the decor is gorgeous with very comfortable beds! The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and were cleaned regularly. The breakfast selection was also very good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone intending travelling... more

I was in Dublin on Business and needed somewhere near City West Business park to stay. The Hotel was very easy to find partly due to the big Banner on the wall outside offering excellent rates, particulary for Dublin. They have an under ground car park with ample parking for the size of the Hotel. The lobby is bright and... more

It became necessary to book an hotel when other arrangements fell through, and we chose the City West Comfort Inn as being positioned to allow us to drive to the Curragh with ease, & also not too far out of the centre of Dublin. Online research indicated that there were few buses to be had, and that the hotel had... more

We traveled to Dublin last weekend for the Football Final in croke Park and stayed at the City West Hotel. We have stayed there many times before and have found in recent times that the basic maintenence and service is on a downward slope. Our experience was poor first of all in the restaurant with our table being given away... more

Family of five stayed one night in this middle of nowhere. The rooms are really nice, and that's what mattered to us - a little traffic noise though, but you can't have it all - easy to find by car - clean and a really good bargain - more

Good points: Clean, comfortable, new. Decent breakfast (no made-to-order hot breakfast; great coffee machine; good continental selections). Parking garage, lift. Fabulous cheap deal, 3 nights for price of 2. Bad points: Far from City Center, nothing is walkable -- having a car is a must. See other reviews for negative experiences, including theft. Staff: We had a mixed experience. The... more

We stayed at the hotel for a mid week break, and got a fab deal on the price. It is about 30 minute drive from the city, but if you hire a car like we did its not a problem. The room was lovely, spotlessly clean and plenty of room. the hotel was quiet and a cot was provided for... more
