An expensive overated hotel. Despite the expensive price of the room there was no air conditioning , consequently had to have the windows open onto a noisy temple bar area. Awoken early morning by the loud sound of beer kegs and bottles Bar is very poor with exceptionally poor service. Hotel lacks atmosphere. more

I wanted to relax in a luxurious atmosphere and this hotel was perfect. The Clarence is elegant and the staff is really service minded. The Tea Room serves fantastic food and the service is also outstanding. I will most certainly visit this hotel again. more
