I stayed here for a few nights and can agree with all the other reviews, the location is brilliant and allows good access to the city, but (and it's a big but) the guesthouse is dirty, with peeling paint and a general air of disrepair. This is a down-at-heel guesthouse. The location is great, an easy stagger from Dublin city centre, but the small rooms, peeling paintwork and general air of neglect is not.
