this was one of the best hotel's in the area until it was taken over by new management about two years ago.since then the service and reputation of this hotel has certainly went downhill. as a large family group we expected to have a peaceful, uneventful meal in the hotel restaurant during our stay however this was not to be.... more

The hotel is very basic, the rooms are clean but dark and small are in great need of renovation. The entire hotel smells of curry. When we arrived for breakfast (late but not too late), most tables were littered with uncleared breakfast stuff from other diners and only one staff was trying to get to grips with the breakfast orders.... more

We booked at the last minute and were delighted with the service, food and accommodation. We attended the new year party night which was great value. The staff and management were excellent and went out of their way to ensure everyone had a good time. We hope to go back and stay again later this the year. more

Had a great stay here during the summer, it is a lovely hotel with beautiful surroundings and is only a short drive from Prestwick Airport. I received a warm welcome on arrival and the staff are very friendly and go that extra mile to look after you. The food is excellent and well presented. Look forward to returning. more

We were sent here having booked another hotel on line. We were put up in beds with dirty sheets. The hotel seems to be a doss house for staff of Indian restaurants. It was very noisy and totally unacceptablr BE WARNED -A COMPLETE DUMP. more
