Fantastic welcome at this warm and homely hotel. An old building, on a steep hill, and accessible via steps to the front door. Visited my Daughter in Oban and stayed here with my Brother. We were made very welcome and comfortable from the start. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was excellent and with plenty of choice. I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to my friends. Thanks again to Valerie and Brian. more

Have just returned from a week exploring the Highlands. Was lucky enough to stay in the Kimberley Hotel. The entrance to the hotel is very grand and the rooms very comfortable and clean. A beautiful house and gardens. We had room 1 with the four poster bed which also had enough room for two z beds for the children. The decor was lovely with a great sitting area. The bathroom was small but adequate. My only gripe would be that the shower never ran that hot. The dogs were quite and very friendly... more

Spent two nights here after it being recommended by a friend who is local to Oban. Checked out the website, phoned and booked it and found the experience thoroughly enjoyable. Room was stunning.
