Stayed two nights in this very clean and beautiful period building, what you would expect from proprty of this age. stayed in room 10 which was a cracker, large and great views. Quiet location, fascinating waterview from spacious room, pleasant esplanade walk to town. Slept well on comfortable bed, room in need of updating but clean. We had room no. 10,which is the largest, with an awesome ocean view. This is a funny place - it was neither friendly or unfriendly. We didn't get a sea view but we weren't disappointed with the huge room that was really a suite. The Glenburnie is ideally located for a stroll into the town. As people have said, the rooms are excellent. They are large, clean and modern. The rest of the house has retained some of its original character which gives it an overall querky but pleasant feel. Graeme, the owner, is extremely helpful without being intrusive.
