Now been to the hotel twice, I definetly would not stay anywhere else if in Aberdeen. Sheer magic, from the minute you check in until leaving it is a joy to be there. The staff are of a high standard, the choice of restaurant menu is great, rooms are of a very high standard and the location is fantastic. Highly... more

Just stayed a weekend here and the hotel was brilliant! The rooms are very modern, clean and spacious. The staff were always very friendly and attentive (They certainly deserve their tips) the food was excellent, breakfast was cold buffet style and hot food was made to order, there was lots to choose from on the menu though. We only had... more

Here with my husband on business. His company booked this hotel. Stayed one week. The rooms are small. Made smaller due to the fact we travelled with four bags. No place to store them. One little wardrobe with 6 hangers, no drawers. Room is really too cramped for two people. May be fine for one business traveller. The room was... more

Stayed here on business, checked in at around 2.00pm and was given a keycard to a room which hadn't been made up and still reeked of the previous occupant's pizza from the night before. Went off to see some clients with promises of the room being ready when we returned. Room was ready but though very well equipped (flatscreen telly,... more

I had my wedding reception, night before the wedding and night of wedding at the Palm Court in September 2007. It has to be the best place in Aberdeen to have your reception and for overnight accommodation it was by far one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. Very much a recommended venue. Staff in this hotel are... more

The rooms are not large but they are clean and modern. The bathroom was spacious however. The hotel has recently been refurbished and the public areas are smart in appearance. Breakfast was freshly cooked and there was plenty of choice. The location is away from the centre but Aberdeen is not a large city and this did not pose a... more

The Palm Court Hotel has recently been revamped. Although there are still a few teething troubles, we couldn't fault the service we received. We had been staying there for a wedding and we have to say they made us more welcome than our own family. The bedrooms are well appointed with very modern furnishings. The en-suit bathrooms has all you... more

We had a potential meal at the Palm Court ruined by some terrible wild and yobbish behaviour by patrons at the bar. The lager-louts put off dozens of diners, and yet were completely condoned by the management, as apparently "they are regulars". If you want a respectable quiet meal, avoid if this place. more
