We had a potential meal at the Palm Court ruined by some terrible wild and yobbish behaviour by patrons at the bar. The lager-louts put off dozens of diners, and yet were completely condoned by the management, as apparently "they are regulars". If you want a respectable quiet meal, avoid if this place. more
