I was just a guest at a wedding but i thought the service at the wedding breakfast was fantastic. The waiting staff were very attentive without being too intrusive. Absolutely beautiful castle - but the overall standard was poor!!! We booked a 'superior double' and were given a 'standard double', half the channels on the TV weren't working, no bathrobes or 'rubber ducky' like the website promises and oh...no roomservice. Stayed here for a wedding, I must say the food is lovely but the prices at the bar are extortianate!!! £2.20 for a glass of coke/lemonade and its not even the real stuff!! Expect to pay over £3.50 for a pint or bottle. more
