The hotel does look very pretty, but that is only on the surface. 1. The receptionist was not willing to change our feather pillows for non-feather, so we had to bring our own pillows from home!!! Set opposite offices/industrial park off Bradford's major ring road, the hotel is clean, but very tired. The shower was a dribble, the rooms were dark and the hotel had an aroma of chip fat and ciggarette smoke about it. Breakfast was ok. Staff were nice. Ideal for a one night stay but no longer. more
