This is a modest, apparently purpose built, guest house on the busy A 14 trunk road a mile or so from the centre of Woodbridge village. The double room was not greatly larger than the bed. My first impressions were veryy good as it appears a very welcoming and warm atmosphere within the hotel. All the food was home-made and tasted delicious, an excellent start to the day. All the staff were very friendly and always on hand to help. I would highly recommend Grove House Hotel to anyone wanting an enjoyable stay! more

overall a very friendly hotel one of the downstairs double bedrooms could do with updating ie mould in the corner of the very small ensuite. Staff couldn't do enough for us and a good english breakfast served, i would prefer to have a member of staff residing overnight in the hotel. more
