We found Red Mullions really easily and jumped straight on the bus to Oxford which took no time at all. The room was spacious and had everything you need. The owners were lovely and couldn't do enough for you. Breakfast was great. Brilliant choice and good quality. We'll definitely be back! more

I stayed two nights for my sister's wedding in Oxford. The bedroom was big and the bed was so comfy that I wanted to take the pillows home with me! It was only a short taxi ride to the city centre and was very clean. The breakfast was lovely and I found all the staff very friendly and attentive. I... more

We stayed here for my sister's wedding taking place in oxford. My friend and I shared a twin room which was very spacious with a big bathroom with bath. The room was nicely decorated, and it was nice to have a tray of coffee and biscuits waiting for us. Breakfast is fairly eary(!) 8-9 on sunday I think but very... more

This is a wonderful family run B and B which is nicely decorated and beautifully clean. The relatively new owners are very friendly and helpful, even putting our Pimms in their freezer! Highly recommended. more

We asked for a quiet room at the Red Mullions and got a very quiet one with a pleasant view over gardens. The breakfast was good (including perfect old-fashioned poached eggs), the room was clean and comfortable with a decent bathroom and the owners were friendly, helpful and thoughtful. All accommodation in Oxford is expensive (or at least, so it... more

I stayed at Red Mullions in eary August and found the new owners to be very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and it was so easy to get to and from central London on the Oxfordtube bus. Will definitely stay here again when I visit Oxford. more

We recently stayed at Red Mullions for the weekend and we had a fantastic time. The service we received was excellent - the owners couldn't be more helpful. They told us that they had only recently bought the place but they definitely seem to have settled in and have the place running really well. They are a young family with... more

We stayed one night and were supposed to be provided with a room which had hot water. Alas, we unreasonably expected to be able to take a shower in our rooms the next morning. But, having gotten up at the 'late' hour of 9am we discovered there was no hot water left. We were given the option of waiting for... more

We couldn't disagree more with the previous writer. On a frosty winter day it took us about twenty minutes walking (downhill) to get to Oxford, perhaps a half hour to get to the very centre of town and it was a pleasant and easy walk--sidewalks all the way. In addition there was a bus stop right in front of the... more
