Have just had 3 nights in a delightful, comfortable room with brand new bathroom and friendly service. Room was quiet and handy for town, being on a main bus route. more

We have stayed at the Dial House several times over the last two years as our daughter is at university in Oxford.We havealways found it to be comfortable,clean and pleasant with delightful and helpful staff.The rooms at the back overlooking the garden are particularly attractive,and the bus stop opposite the Dial House is very handy. I simply found this Guest House very poor value for money. It wasn't as clean as it could be and was furnished with very dated and shabby furniture. The radio alarm clock didn't work and the bed creaked... oh, and the shower head was filthy! more

Dial House was nice, but not as nice as I was expecting based on other reviews I had read on this site. The service was very good. Free internet was an unexpected bonus. The bus stop to and from the high street is right ouside the front door which is very convenient. Also, the local shops are only a block... more
