I liked the amenities of a hotel combined with the personal service of a B & B. The location was convenient. The room and bed was very comfortable and the price was very good. Would not stay here again - more like a B&B than a hotel. Our room was a reasonable size with a very small ensuite. No bath but two large spiders in the shower , hot water kept running out. Great staff, great setting, good breakfast. Easy walk (or bus ride) to the city center. Free parking was a great bonus. Just beware that if you are booking a single you might end up with a room that has the bathroom down the hall. (though no one else can use it but you.) more

Slightly shabby old fashioned decor and i only had a shower not a bath in my tiny ensuite but the staff were ultra friendly and helpful Breakfasts were great and the location is good just 10 to 15 mins walk down the road to oxford centre lots of buses going past perhaps the best bit tho FREE PARKING!!! more
