Arrived to a really friendly welcome. A lovely, clean, well appointed double en-suite room. Whole house clean and decorated to a high standard. 20 minute stroll into York. On street parking. Best breakfast in 30 years of B&B , full English perfectly cooked with obvious care. Will definitely stay here again more

had an excellent three night stay here. breakfast good, excellent cleanliness and really friendly atmosphere. location good although at least a brisk 10 minute walk to centre of city. only downside is lack of en-suite facilities although there was never a queue or any other problem with the shared wc/showers. more
