Marriott hotels are what I call posh euro modern. Everywhere is tastefully decorated in a restrained minimalist way. Quiet hotel on outskirts of town. Beautiful grounds, lovely view of racetrack. Restaurant staff excellent. Breakfast buffet very good, but dinner was a wonderful suprise. Food presentation and taste excellent. Recommend rooms with view of racecourse. A little further to walk to from reception, but worth it. This was a good hotel. Rooms were clean, comfortable and presentable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only issue we had was with a loud and very slow running sink, but for one night this wasn't a problem. more
