An excellent new hotel. It is standard Holiday Inn stuff, but far better than I expected compared to other Norwich hotels. Huge ‘double double’ bedroom with internet and plasma screen. Excellent room service and a buffet breakfast that runs for hours... Clean tidy room and bathroom and excellent location if you want to watch the football out of your window!... more
On arrival (which was at 12.30) the friendly hotel staff were kind enough to book us in early into our room. The room was exceptionally clean and through the window we were greeted with a fab view of the hallowed turf.........superb. Very impressed with the decor and the two big and comfortable beds. The brekkie was very good too..... Will... more
I have just come to the end of a four month project in Norwich which has seen me spend Sunday - Friday staying at the Holiday Inn Carrow Road. Although we had a choice of hotels our initial reason for staying was to collect Holiday Inn points. +’s · With only one exception the staff have been very friendly and... more
Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights while working in Norwich. It's very smart and the rooms are lovely. You can tell that it's a new hotel as the bathroom is really new...good shower ( Don't like Shower/shampoo stuck on the walls especially as the hotel is a bit dearer). The room has most standard features...no robes but Tea/coffee facilities,... more
We stayed here for two nights on a dinner, bed and breakfast deal. The hotel is new and clean. It is convenient for the railway station but quite a trek into the city centre. Our room looked over the road. Some rooms on the other side directly overlook the football ground. Breakfast was good, though not easy to get items... more

I stayed here a couple of times last year, I don't often stay at Holiday Inns but if I were to choose one to stay in then this is probably one of the best in the country as its only about 15 months old. It''s bright and modern, bedrooms and bathrooms are of a good standard see above. It looks... more
Arrived late Saturday evening for one night's b & b. Very modern hotel at the football ground. I am sure the other reviewer's are right that it will be busy on match days. There are 2 Holiday Inn's in Norwich. Good efficient staff got us booked in quickly and gave us the key for our first floor pitch view room.... more
We stayed at the Holiday Inn for one night. Although the reception staff could be a little more friendly, the hotel was lovely and close to the railway station. We had a large clean room on the first floor with an original view, Norwich FC football pitch. The self service breakfast from 7-11 was good although as we arrived at... more
