I stayed at this Premier Inn for one night on business earlier this week. Check in was fast and friendly and my room clean and comfortable. It was on the first floor (there is no lift) and next to the stairs but despite the hotel being pretty busy, I wasn't disturbed by people coming and going at all. As my... more

Myself and my husband have just returned from Liverpool after staying at the Premier Inn, West Derby. After a last minute booking we reserved the last room in the Premier Inn which was a disabled room with single beds. It wasn't a problem as it was a romantic weekend. The reception staff were friendly and helpful when we arrived. The room was... more

Arrived after travelling from North Wales and found the hotel without a problem to find a secure car park. this is novel for a PI. Checked in with the lady behind the glass. Again, a first for a PI. the key for my room also opened a locked door just after reception. At this point I was wondering where I... more

Excellent hotel nothing was too much trouble. Food in the stag and rainbow beefeater next door was delicious. Staff fantastic and friendly, secure parking convenient location. Clean spacious rooms, en suite and plentiful supply of coffee tea sugar milk etc for in room kettle! Would highly recommend this hotel. more

We have stayed here every second weekend for the last three months. (Though the receptionist has never recognised us as repeat guests). However we are moving elsewhere as every weekend we are wakened up by noisy groups who stay in the hotel and return home late and talk loudly in corridors (at best) and try and get in the wrong... more

I stayed here in March on my stag do on St Patricks Day weekend. First of all the price - £52 a night between me and my best man. Bargain. Second, the location - easy to get to - just turn right at the end of the M62. Cheap 'n' cheerful Beefeater type place next door. Jolly Miller pub showing... more

I have stayed in many Premier Travel Inns over the years. This one I would probably rate about average. The first thing that struck me about the hotel is its security. The car park contained a secure parking area with a rising bollard (although it wasn’t operating while we were there). When we headed for the entrance to the hotel... more

The outside of the building leeds you to expect good food, comfortable bedrooms and respectable unsnobby clientel. The bedroom I stayed in was comfortable with a large king size bed and decent size bath. This is just aswell, as the food might make you feel quite sick. I was disappointed by the menu which was like what you would expect... more

This is a good value-for-money hotel brand. I haven't stayed in this one, but as usual there is a Beafeater next door so there is a good if slightly pricey dinner available. The hotel is handy for the Derby ring road and the A38. more
