Excellent hotel nothing was too much trouble. Food in the stag and rainbow beefeater next door was delicious. Staff fantastic and friendly, secure parking convenient location. Clean spacious rooms, en suite and plentiful supply of coffee tea sugar milk etc for in room kettle! Would highly recommend this hotel. more

The outside of the building leeds you to expect good food, comfortable bedrooms and respectable unsnobby clientel. The bedroom I stayed in was comfortable with a large king size bed and decent size bath. This is just aswell, as the food might make you feel quite sick. This is a good value-for-money hotel brand. I haven't stayed in this one, but as usual there is a Beafeater next door so there is a good if slightly pricey dinner available. The hotel is handy for the Derby ring road and the A38. more
