This is as good as it gets. Charming, experienced and friendly service, coupled with clean and comfortable bedrooms all made for a wonderful 3 day start to our recent holiday. Absolutely brilliant hotel. Within easy walking distance of the town. Staff very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about restaurants and attractions in Cheltenham Food was superb and room was impeccable. Looking forward to visiting again more

Wettest weekend ever-flooding everywhere & non stop rain. Stuck in Cheltenham, logged on to Trip Advisor & looked at reviews. This is in a really great location about a 10-15 minute walk from the centre of town. We got a lovely welcome and the hotel was very clean and homely looking. I really thought the breakfast was lovely. I would certainly stay here again. Perhaps next time i might got for one of the themed rooms which looked great. more
