If this were a cheap family run hotel I would praise the faded grandeur, admire the retained victorian features and accept the disorganised breakfast experience. But it isn't......... The double room was small and under furnished but bathroom had been redone quite well. Staff seemed uninterested. Breakfast food was down-market. There were 16 of us staying at the Ramada Jarvis, Brighton for a hen do, and the hotel couldn't have been better. We had a fantastic deal whereby we payed £70 pp for two nights bed and breakfast plus dinner on the first night. We booked a standard double room for 1 night and it was well worth the money (£55 booked direct from the Ramada website). The room was very nice, bed was quite big considering it was only a double.
