Really nice bed and breakfast. The owners were friendly and very helpful. Great location near bars and shops of Kemp Town and only a short walk in to the City Centre. Usually stay in larger hotels but this is top class we will definitely be back before Christmas. more

This hotel is a gem. We stayed for two nights, in a very reasonably priced double room.
