My husband and myself stayed at the hotel in a rainy August. The hotel was clean and the rooms were comfortable The hotelier was great, he made us very welcome and made our visit enjoyable. very clean hotel,towels changed every day.en-suite shower and toilet.exellent dining room,young girl waiting on chirpy and helpful.Entertainment every night of good standerd.Lounge very comfy.Roy the manager is a good host and was well liked by us two scousers.The hotel is quite well situated for buses, shops,and beaches.The last thing is the drinks are a reasonable price. Went on a family coach holiday to Newquay summer 07. Stayed at the Deauville Hotel for 5 days, we had a lovely time and the food was simple but nice. Accommodation was clean and tidy and on the Thursday night we where entertained by Dave Fisher, the whole family enjoyed it. A very friendly Hotel. more

Dont hesitate to book this hotel despite an earlier negative review. Good wholesome food, friendly owner (good jokes too) and a smashing packed lunch to send us on our way after our 3 night stay. Its clean, its comfy and its good value. Take it from us, we are scousers and we know a good deal! Enjoy as we did.... more

Digusting Hotel!! Management have extremely rude and bad attitudes!! The place is filthy and well out of date!! Actually went to our room and walked out and paid to stay elsewhere.
