Hotel Elegant is advertised as a "new construction", and that is certainly true. The furniture & fixtures appear new, but that's not to say they are nice. This hotel is fairly new and very, very clean. It is a good economy budget hotel that has the bare basics, but you are getting good, clean accomodations and service for the cheaper price.
