They checked me in super-early (8am) and upgraded me despite this being my first stay. I'm a SPG member, so I got a room upgrade. The room was very big, but sparsely furnished. The bed's extremely comfy, although all in Starwood family, it's even better than the Heavenly Bed from Westin. I redeemed SPG points for 2 nights in a one bedroom king suite at this location. I was surprised I could do it because it was last minute and during the Toronto Film Festival. It was a very nice place to stay, very luxurious. Stayed two nights. No prices on the menu outside the restaurant so you knew it was very expensive i.e. Sunday brunch $50.00 / person. Location was excellent for us. Would stay there again but not eat there. more
