Very well priced.Rooms are clean and reasonably updated.Bed is comfortable.Bathroom is simple but nice. Air conditioner is quiet and modern.Only negative is the loud closing front door to the room, keep the air on and you won't be bothered. more
This hotel is OK. Nothing special and nothing bad. The views if you book one of the upper front facing floors are absolutely stunning and you may wish to pay the additional bucks to get this however as we found if you walk a block up the road to the Red Robin Restaurant you can sit on their veranda and... more
This being my third trip to Vancouver, I've run into nothing but friendly locals and enjoyed my stays thoroughly. I had the unfortunate luck of getting this hotel through Priceline, however, and was disappointed by several things. The location is not ideal, but more importantly, the front desk staff was incredibly rude. When we arrived after 5:00 pm, we were... more
We got this thru Hotwire. We really enjoyed the hotel. They called 10 minutes after check-in to see if everything was all right. I left my lights on my car; and they called our room to notify us. It is very close to downtown. There's a Wendy's & Tim Horton's across the street. I definitely would stay here again especially... more
We just got back from Vancouver and we are glad we stayed at Park Plaza. We stayed there for four nights. The rooms were extremely clean and the view from our 5th floor room was absolutely fantastic. The staff was extremely helpful and the location was fabulous. Every attraction we wanted to go was within a 15-20 minute drive. The... more
We just got back from staying at this Park Plaza this weekend. The hotel is OK. Yes, it looks like it has been newly renovated. However it is much smaller than the pictures leads you to think. Our room was on the 6th floor (highest floor) facing the street. You could hear some street noise, but it wasn't bad. The... more
This hotel is a good value for the price. I would say it is closer to three stars than two. We booked last minute and you could not beat the price compared to the other rates in town which were either sold out or practically double! So we took a chance at the Park Plaza. Our room was not ready... more
I stayed at the Ramada on Broadway in late November while I was in town to get laser surgery on my eyes. This was the closest hotel to the clinic and at $85/night seemed a reasonable option. I won't be back. The room was nicely furnished but very cold and the thermostat didn't work at all. The lobby is being... more
My mom and I stayed here for four nights in mid November. The room was completly renovated, new furniture and bathroom fixtures. The hotel is close to everything, lots of great restaurants on the street, bus stop at the front door...great coffee at the onsite restaurant more
