Noisy. Booked a twin room which I presumed meant two beds when I arrived I was told a twin room was one kingsize bed, had to end up sleeping on a pull-out portable bed (not comfortable). Charged twice on my credit card, still waiting on this to be sorted. more

Overall a lousy experience. Staff and management were not helpful. Location and room were not great. Lobby was filthy. Opted to go to Dennys rather than eat at the dirty restaurant. more
