I found this charming B&B on the internet. Booking was easy and the owner was friendly and timely in all our email correspondence. My husband and I travelled with our 2 children, 12 & 16 and found this inn to be everything we had hoped. The location and furnishings are very pleasant, but the place is run by an anti-professional doily-polishing male, more concerned with his carpets than customers, with fastidious "house rules" that he spies on you to ensure. If you can ignore a little "extra" attention, nosy conversation, and someone following you around to watch for scuffs on the carpet... it's a good... more

I've now stayed at the Kit's Chalet 3 times since 1996, and on every trip it's been a pleasure to stay there. The location is fanastic right 2 streets from Kits Beach and all the resturants and pubs nearby. It's simple to get into the city by a cab or walk in via Kits beach/Vanier park and catch a ferry.The... more
