We stayed in the Westin Grand for 4 nights while visiting Vancouver in June '08. The deluxe corner suite is fantastic with kitchenette, living room, and separate bedroom. Bathroom is finished with tile and granite everything. Can't beat the Westin heavenly shower! The hotel is fairly pricey, but you get what you pay for. The rooms are well kept and... more

My husband and I stayed here on 2 occasions over Dec and January, and both times were a very pleasant stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The first room we had was on a lower floor and didn’t have much of a view, but when we returned after our touring, we upgraded to a larger suite, which was much... more

This is a fantastic hotel, with great facilities. The Staff are both friendly and very professional. loved the pool and Jacuzzi. its location on Robson street was great because everything you need was in walking distance, be it food, drink or trip pick up/drop off. I will return here again more

This is a nice hotel in a good location. We booked 14 nights in an executive suite on the 31st floor. It was a good size but the bed was a bit narrow and the curtains let the sunlight in all around the sides and top. We didn't have a separate bath and shower as others have said. There is a... more

I spent five days at this fine hotel. I picked this hotel because of its central location and reputation as a great hotel. It was an easy walk to Canada Day activities, Yaletown, theater, city library, etc. The staff did a fine job getting me into my room. The entire hotel staff from check-in to concierge to restaurant staff (hats... more

Great location on Robson Street - close to Yaletown (the trendy part of Vancouver), and very close to Robson Street shopping. Budget rental car is around the corner, which is great if you want to rent for a day trip! There's a Starbucks across the street and a grocery store next door. The great thing about this hotel is that... more

We just spent the weekend in Vancouver at the Westin Grand. We used Starwood points to stay, and the visit was very nice. The hotel is setup as though it may have been an old condo building long ago. The lobby is on the second (above street level) floor. The lobby is a very small floor that contains the check-in... more

The "suite" I got was an Executive Studio Suite, which really means a regular hotel room but with wireless internet and breakfast thrown in. My room was on the 31st floor, or top floor, but view was rather limited. Certainly nothing to go wild over. The room was decent size, but a suite? I think not. It does have a... more

I booked this hotel through Expedia (via Tripadvisor) and was extremely impressed with the attentive service from staff throughout the hotel. They would smile and greet us and those who had dealt with us would acknowledge us by name. We arrived very early from our Alaskan cruise so left our bags at checkin and on our return, Andrew, who checked... more

My wife and I stayed in the Westin from 10 to 14 May as we had a four day stopover in Vancouver before boarding a cruise through Alaska's Inside Passage. We were both impressed with the service, efficiency, rooms, amenities and decor in the hotel and all staff we came into contact with were polite and helpful, especially the restaurant... more
