I stayed at a neighboring hotel (posada mariposa) for 2 days prior to my stay at the blue parrot. It was about 15.00 less but horrible! I walked by the blue parrot and saw a promotional sign and a vacancy. I asked to see a room and was blown away! For 15.00 more dollars I went up about 3 stars!... more

We walked by the hotels and they had a nice promotional rate. we asked to look at the room before commiting. the rooms were very nice, spacious and decorated tastefully. the staff was very helpfull and friendly. the only problem is that the room has no pridge and the beach club was full of boats and not very pleasant. overall... more

Nothing more to say. The management of these 2 hotels needs to work very hard on improving their product. Book elsewhere: lots of other options in Playa del Carmen. more

this hotel is a fake the pictures on the internet are not like in real the rooms are dirty and so small the furniture is so old ....the pool is so small in real and the water is brown all over the place is garbage and it stinks like a old toilet don't go to this place...... more
