We stayed here for one night before flying out. A "friend" made the reservation and recommendation. The rooms smelled and the floors were dirty and there weren't enough towels. Brand new hotel. We missed our flight leaving Cancun while we were on vacation in Akumal. We had to stay the night in Cancun. Our rental car agent booked us a room here. It is brand new. Clean. Budget-based. Much like a Microtel Inn in the United States. Inexpensive. They provided some toiletries, very prompt service, lots of extra towels... more

This was a mistake. There is nothing near, or at this hotel (unless you want to shop at the mall across the road). The room smelled stale and anyone I dealt with made no attempt to speak the slightest bit of English. I was even unable to get a receipt for the stay. more
