An amazing honeymoonPros: Free wireless internet. Cons: Dirty room that is tiny. Hardly any room to move around. The room also smells horribly. more
I booked this hotel since I was going to be staying on Isla Mujeres for a week and needed an inexpensive hotel on the mainland for one night before my departure from Mexico. I arrived at the hotel and was checked in to my room by the front desk without so much as a greeting, smile or welcome. I thought... more
We just returned from our two week trip at Club Internacional de Cancun. We had a great time. We spent the first week with our family of 4 (two teenagers), then the 2nd week our son's best friend and his parents came and felt that I made a great choice picking this one out of all the Royal Resorts. The... more
Just got back from Club Internacional. We spent the week of May 20th. We exchanged a timeshare. Try to book your room ahead of time. When we got there they wanted to give us a room way out of the way of everything on the street side. When we said "no way" they found us a great room overlooking one... more
This is a great budget hotel in the heart of downtown Cancun. It is a short walk to the bus station (for 3 USD bus to airport!) Downtown shopping is only steps away. Wal-mart, Chedraui and Commerical Mexicana are all short walks. The bus to the hotel zone runs very frequently- every few minutes 24 hours a day. And it's... more
I can't say it is terrible as I am sure there has to be worse. A drunk bellman, a dirty room. I speak Spanish, I lived in Mexico for many years. I know reasonable standards. You used to be able to get a decent room in downtown Cancun listening to the discos and sirens for 60.00 USD/ night. But not... more
I spend the whole summer and all lengthy school holidays in Cancun. I always stay at his hotel with my fiancee, Alfredo, who works at the Costa Real. I love it because I can walk anywhere alone and get what I need while he is at work. I never worry about my safety in this neighborhood. You can walk to... more
I had explored this place, visited their lobby bar on a number of occasions, and had eaten a decent American breakfast in their restaurant once - when exploring around Downtown Cancun or before heading out to the airport. Apparently they get a lot of tour groups in high season, and might still have some affiliation with a beach club out... more
Reasonably clean with helpful staff who discounted the rate to $48. The suurounding area is "lively" at night. We chose this place after running from another hotel a block away and after finding Las Margaritas was booked. I would not consider a second night here. We were in need of a room for a day trip to Cancun from Cozumel. more
Great Hotel to stay for a night or two. Half the rooms over look a busy round about. best suited to people how are arriving late and are planning to move on from cancun being only a block away from the main bus station.Back of hotel over looks the swimming pool which is sited at the back and only has... more
