I've traveled to Cancun twice and have experience traveling in other countries. But this hotel is the worst experience. My friends chose the hotel and were on a budget so they chose the Holiday Inn Express. When we arrived, they were over booked. Our student travel agency took us to the Mexhotel. They said it would just be for one... more
