Have stayed here a few times for business, and this hotel never disappoints. courtyard, pool and spa are an oasis in this concrete jungle. Rooms area clean and consistent and up to four seasons standards. Hotel not located in the best area of the city, and I would not recommend walking outside, even though there is a park closeby. Hotel... more

I stayed at the Four Seasons in Mexico City on a business trip for three nights. It was a flawless gem of a hotelI was upgraded to a suite on arrival for a modest additional charge. The room was spacious, comfortable and, thought it faced Reforma, 99% quiet. (It was a bit odd that the bathroom was on the living... more

Mexico City is a big dirty crowded city. The Four Seasons is an oasis of calm and elegance in the middle of this. The hotel is built in a square around a large open-air courtyard containing tropical gardens, a fountain, sculptures, a cafe, and a restaurant. It is worth paying the extra to get an inward facing room overlooking the... more

Typical of this sort of hotel with rooms fitted and finished to a high standard, polite and attentive staff, good food, smart and spacious communal areas although these are beginning to look slightly dated now. Location was not ideal although in any big city no location is ideal for everywhere anyway. Basically everything we would have expected from a hotel... more

I stayed 4 nights at the 4 Seasons in Mexico City in July 2008. I was impressed by the property. The inner court yard is so beautiful that it made for a great launching point each morning and a place to regroup during tyhe day before going back out into this bustling city. This hotel's location is very central so... more

From start to finish, our long weekend (celebrating 20 years together) at the 4 seasons could not have been better. The hotel is beautiful, with a wonderful courtyard and outstanding rooms (we stayed in a Premier Terrace Room which had a lovely balcony overlooking the courtyard. My wife loved the deep soak bath and the bed was super comfy. All... more

A wonderful hotel in an interesting city. Beautiful grounds. Loved the courtyard. Very quiet and peaceful. Great service from the concierge to the bellmen to the maids. The concierge desk was very helpful with restaurants. Great suggestions. We utilized the prepositioned "taxis" for excursions to Coyacan and to the pyramids. One suggestion is to negoitate with these guys directly and... more

We spent 2 nights in Mexico City at the end of a beach holiday. It was the week leading up to Easter and the City was hopping with Mexican families on holidays. The Four Seasons was our quiet oasis of calm to start and end the day. I booked the basic room (including breakfast) and it was lovely, overlooking the... more

There has not been a Four Seasons Hotel that I was disappointed in. This hotel was beautiful. We had an executive suite which was large and well appointed. The windows overlook the Paseo de la Reforma.. busy street but the windows were heavy and we never heard the traffic. The hotel has a beautiful courtyard with restaurants.. all lit up... more

We spent two nights at the Four Season. Checked in with two adults and three kids (2 teens). Had to have two room since there is a limit of three people to a room. They asked the names of the kids at check-in, not sure why. Got to the connecting rooms to find just the three beds (one king and... more
