I took my 14-year-old son on his first blue water fishing trip we fished from Jan 19th through the 23rd and had a great time. The hospitality of our hosts was second to none. They made every day special. The lodge is owned by an American the lodge is run by Mexican people. This is not resort Mexico there are... more

Great fishing, great food, great staff and a great place to just relax. No phones, no TV, no newpapers and no stress. I'll be back. A long time friend, and fishing buddy, and I have been to Bahia La Tortuga 3 times. I read about the Lodge in Cabela's catalog, and then went to their web site to obtain more... more

I arranged the trip for my friend and our sons, my first fishing experience in Mexico. John helped me determine the best time to plan my trip to catch the most fish. John... more

My wife and I travel throughout the Pacific coast of Mexico fishing and are always on the lookout for a new hotspot. We read some great articles about the fishery about and hour south of Zihuatenjo off of Puerto Vicente Guererro. There is now a fishing lodge owned and purportedly run by an American, John Lorenz, and his wife called... more
