Just got back from 1-week vacation. This was a great hotel. We paid a little extra and stayed on the Club floor which all have private balconies with wonderful views. Upon check-in had some issues with the reservation; although we had booked for four the front desk claimed there was only a reservation for one person and wanted to charge us extra.
