The staff is still very quick to help when they can and everything about the place is friendly. The biggest problem is that it is getting old and needs work that is beyond the ability of the staff. They have light fixtures that do not work and air conditioning that blows warm air. The ceiling fans are hit or miss.... more

This hotel is just OK. Don't expect to find a hairdryer, remote for the TV, working A/C, or a brochure of included activities when you check in. This is the bare minimum in terms of all-inclusives. We took a long weekend to Vallarta and were more than content with our stay. We got a fabulous deal - 125 a night for two people all inclusive. Sure the hotel is an older hotel, and it has it's character (i.e. and occassional broken tile, or a chip out of some masonry), but you get what you pay for.... more
