My husband & I spent Sept 27-Oct 3rd '07,at The Pierre Marques, Acapulco for our 40th anniv. We had wanted to go there 40yrs ago but didn't. I'm sure that we enjoyed it more now!! The staff here & also the Acapulco Princess were terrific! A big concern of mine was the safety of the drinking water! My 'fears' were... more

My husband and I wanted to get away and relax. No tours, no coordinating schedules. We could not have picked a better spot. The FPM is a retreat where all the staff treated us kindly. Everyone referred to us by our names- which made the relaxation vacation even more special. The oceanside room was large, modern and nicely appointed (although... more

My husband and I had a great stay at this hotel on our honeymoon. We were there in November, but the weather was perfect and we felt like we had the place almost to ourselves. The bar and restaurants on-site were good and we loved the pool. The beach was nice, but we hated that you couldn't get to it... more

This was a wonderful relaxing hotel. I went with two other friends and we had a room with 2 double beds which we were all comfortable in due to the good size. You had to learn how to work the shower, but the water pressure and temperature were just fine. The food and drinks were good and reasonably priced for... more

My friend and I just got back from a interesting week in Acapulco and had a great experience with the hotel and an experience where we feared for our lives on the tour to Taxco. First the positive....The hotel was wonderful and the staff at the hotel was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is great for a relaxing getaway... more

My boyfriend and I spent 10 days at the Pierre Marques in the beginning of February. It is an elegant, low-key hotel situated on a gorgeous golden sand beach that goes on for miles. The pools are picturesque. The service is top-notch. It was a perfect spot for us - we are not interested in the city or any disco... more

Just returned with a group of neighbors and friends from a one week, all-inclusive (ILT) golf vacation package at the Pierre Marquez. We had a wonderful time! The hotel was one of those classic low-rise places, spread out over several acres of tropical grounds. Our room (#682) was a bungalow-type room---while not fancy, it was one of the largest rooms... more

For the price of the suite plus staying at a hotel with the Fairmont name plastered all over it I was really amazed at how understaffed it was. It was a major battle just to check in and our rooms were not ready as promised but we were told to come back two hours later at 5 PM and the... more

Choose the Fairmont Pierre Marques 4/11-16 because it seemed a quieter option to the hustle and bustle of the hotel zone in Acapulco. Definitely true so if you are looking for action, this is not the place. Prefer a more relaxing atmosphere then the Fairmont Pierre Marques is the place to be. BE SURE to sign up for the free... more

We stayed from March 25, 2006 until April 1, 2006. We were a large group that occupied four rooms. My wife and I went with our three kids, age range 1 to 11. The resort has three pools. The furthest north pool is heated and very warm. Young ones like the area near the stairs. The main pool has a... more
