I stayed for one night, i was amazed by the luxury and kindness of the staff and hotel at the price i got the room which was about $150, a pianist playing in the lobby, the best beds ever, great bath, the only thing i could see as a con is the fact that i requested a newspaper and never... more

I stay in this hotel for two nights and booked two rooms. The description of the hotel is going to be by order of the stay. Location The location is not so bad, is in a up hill where you can see all the city, is only 3 kilometers from the biggest Mall in Chihuahua, and like 20 minutes from... more

This hotel is a beauty on a hilltop on the outer rim of the city. The view of Chihuahua is breathtaking at sunrise. It seems to be a bit out of the way but actually it's only a cheap cab ride away from downtown. They will radio for your cab right from the lobby and it will be there in... more

Almost every time I go to Chihuahua, Mexico, I stay at the Westin Soberano. 20 times at least for the last 3 years. The only reasons for doing so are the location and the Internet Connection because the rest of what anyone would expect, it is just not there. And the tariff against what you get in return is just... more

I have stayed at the Westin several times on business. This is an excellent hotel for a business trip. I would not recommend this hotel for a family or group looking for a party. This is a nice place to stay when you're away from your family at home, it's relaxing, it has good food, the staff treats you well,... more

This is undoubtedly the nicest hotel in Chihuahua. Had all the high standards of a Westin, including very comfortable beds. Its a ways out of town (about a 40 minute drive from the airport), on a hillside that has very nice views of the city at night. If you want a Mexican experience, however, this isn't the place to stay.... more

We took advantage of a low cost deal; clearly it was their quietest time of the year. This is both a good and a bad thing. The staff was so attentive you could hardly cough without them rushing to help you. On the other hand, the lack of guests meant the breakfast bar items were generally cold and, not wanting... more

It's a great hotel. Our luggage was lost from the airline and within 6 hours of our arrival they had found it and delivered it to our room. There is a 5 story waterfall in the lobby as well as a bistro/bar, a diner as well as a great restaraunt. The rooms and bathrooms are large and well appointed. Thier... more

I've stayed at this hotel at least 4 times since May '03. Each visit is better than the previous. The hotel is spotless and beautiful. The staff is attentive and professional. Local calls are very cheap or free (can't remember). Can't wait to go back! more
