I stayed at this hotel shortly before New Years '08. I was amazed to see just how beautiful this hotel is. Pictures cannot do it justice. The beach is in walking distance, and provided a gorgeous backdrop for wonderful photos. The rooms are very spacious, and the bathrooms are huge in size. Mt Irvine is like something out of the 70's and hasn't been touched since. The rooms are basic and clean. We had a few problems in the Sugar Mill restaurant with the breakfast buffet. Beautiful hotel next to the beach with and excellent golf course with rolling hills. Kind and friendly people, just do not go in with attitude. Remember you are a guest in their country :-).
