Absolutely a mess! Arrived to this "resort" got to our boxy room and the toilet was broken and didnt flush, took 3 hours for someone to fix it, so finally fixed. We went to Riu Palace Macao in April. The beaches were wonderful and absolutely beautiful with palm trees everywhere! Pool was nice and clean. My wife and I spent a wonderful week at this resort from Arpil 20th - 27th.
