The hotel Plaza is an elegant, conveniently located hotel right in heart of Santo Domingo's upper-class neighborhoods. Great option for those who prefer mingling with the best of what Santo Domingo has to offer (clubs, bars, etc.) without dealing with the hassle of turists. Beautifully decorated and still very cheap.
