Stayed at the Alameda from the 13th September and only stayed for 2 nights!!! If you are used to Iberostar's normal standard of hotel, then this one is not for you. Travelled here with first choice (as previously they have been great for kids on long haul) however be careful with baggage we were over by 7 kilos on cases but as we had no hand baggage (allowance 5 kg per person)I presumed it would be ok , unfortunately we did have a very arrogant member of staff at check in... more
