“No service, no food, no star”

Just like the first reviewer, I don't think that this is a four star hotel. Yes, this is the hotel in Induno Olona near Varese. We had to carry our hevay suitcases ourselves, nobody even was there to help us, nor the receptionist called anybody. There was a meeting of Rotary Club one evening and the restaurant was closed, no... more

This hotel is situated in Ilondu Olona in Varese. It is a lovely old chateau with plenty of character and lovely grounds, but that's about it!! This hotel does definitely not have 4 Star service. It appears it is a venue for weddings and the hotel trade is secondary. A bribe must have been paid to get this rating! Nothing... more

I believe the writer of the first review for this hotel is writing about a hotel in Florence, not this wonderful hotel in Induno Olona, a province of Varese, Italy.
