Eddie Lyons was very fun & upbeat. Recipes we had were altered so that we had to make changes as we went along. The recipe turned out great, after all he is a CHEF. I would go back if in that area. Check all the differnet schools they have. more

This was a great adventure to me - delightful to watch the demonstration and yummy to eat the food and super nice people taking the classes. I enjoyed a delightful morning watching a demonstration of the preparation of a complete New Mexican meal.
