I think the cost of this attraction has come down; used to be $20/adult and is now $12.50; around $9 per child. Thank goodness we had the Go Boston card, so we did not have to pay out of pocket for this attraction. I would have felt totally ripped off had we paid cash. Our 2 younger children, 7 and... more

Very fun. Some puzzles were really easy but some were more challenging. They really keep in character and try to get everyone involved. Go in with a good attitude and it will be fun. Try to let go and be a kid again...had a blast! more

Everyone at our hotel told us not to go but we were stubborn....they gave us coupons for money off which softened the blow but we were extremely disappointed. My only suggestion if you are determined to give it a try is go during the week (cheaper) in a small group if they aren't busy or with a larger group of... more

We went ahead and tried this since we were between scheduled activities. Our group consisted of 2 60-something grandparents, 1 30-something mom and two almost 14 year olds. It was fun and the kids really enjoyed it. It reminded us of Treasure Hunters (it was only on for 1 season.) One caveat: if you have younger children and they are... more

A group of 12 of us (adults) went to celebrate a birthday. Several in the group are puzzle fanatics, and the way the event was billed for college students and adults, we thought it might actually be challenging. For a group total of $240, we spent 27 minutes in 3 small rooms. We were grouped together with 2 other parties,... more

Okay, so some people "didn't get it", "thought the puzzles weren't that challenging", were embarrassed that they went....OMG... whatever! Overall this was a positive experience for my wife and I. In fact, we thought it would be a good activity for our sales teams to experience. The idea of people having to work together as a team was handled in... more

I visited Tomb with my family on a trip to the city with my husband and 2 children (8 and 10), and I must say that we had a fantastic experience. The building seemed a little small at first, but it actually goes back pretty deep (that's where the tomb is). The brochure was vague, but I'm sure that's because... more

I heard about this attraction from one of the pamphlets I picked up on a trip to Boston. The pamphlet was pretty vague in explaining the attraction but by the pictures it looked really cool. When I read the review side of the pamphlet stating "Like stepping into an Indiana Jones movie" and "Steven Spielburg effects!" I thought this was... more

Just attended the 5-Wits - Tomb show. It is a bit expensive, especially on weekends. Went with my family 2 teenagers, 2 preteens and college student and 5 adults. The young group definitely had a good time solving the mystery, but I definitely was bored and wanted more excitement and more action. The attraction should have had more consequences and... more

Took my 7 and 9 year olds recently and thought I'd put in my two cents. I think this attraction gets very mixed reviews because the adversiting is pretty vague in telling you what you will actually experience. The place is located in what is probably an empty storefront space, and has a lobby area up front with a snack... more
