The museum is located in the same building as the La Crosse Public Library but has a seperate enterance located on the 9th street side. The musuem was named after Susan and Edyth Swarthout and features displays detailing the history of La Crosse. The museum isn't overly large but it is interesting and the admission fee is definetly reasonable ($1).... more
