This is an excellent museum (especially for the price!). It is across the street from the art museum, so it is not out of the way by any means. There are a good number of exhibits, and almost all that we saw were interesting. I think we went through in about an hour and a half, but we could have... more

This museum is very comfortable to tour and has some great historical displays including parts of period villages. I really enjoyed my visit. It is a good value also. It is a hidden gem in Detroit! more
