I know if your there you have to see it.......but .....well.....thats about it. Its a small stone that they are not even sure that its anything more than a stone that someone said they stepped on decades later. All in all just buy a paper weight of it from some tourist store, I think you'll be happier. more

Not really much there, but if you are walking around Plymouth why not stop to see it. Take a couple of pictures, ask a couple questions & then move on to the next thing. We were there on Monday, 25JUN07. The area is very picturesque. & there were a couple of rangers at the site to explain the symbolism of... more

We arrived at plymouth Rock on a Sunday it was rainy,deary,and freezing in June but on to my review we went to see Plymouth Rock and it was really exciting and cool there was a lady there that could explain and answer any questions you had. more

I agree with the first reviewer. I was expecting a little something more here. All you get is a rock sitting there alone. Thought there would be something else, a little more presentation or something. Not really worth a stop here unless its on your way, which it was for me. G Man more

Plymouth Rock will take you about 30 seconds to see! It is a fairly small boulder inside a small, litter-strewn pavillion. My former roomate is from Plymouth and she said that "the rock" has been replaced a number of times! Even if its just symbolic, I feel that they could do A Lot more with the presentation here.
