My husband and I stopped by because he had never been before. We passed a few other visitors, but it wasn't very crowded (which was nice) . The huge chieftan's house is really a sight to see, and you can't beat the cost of admission, which was free. The day was nice, but hot, and walking shoes are a must.... more

At the Saturday Farmer's Market, there was a booth set up by the people from Mission San Luis. We got directions to the location and after a short drive arrived to find a Spanish mission recreated with exhibits and buildings from the 1590's.
