This is not the easiest place to visit - we had about 15 people so we chartered a small bus from Paipa and spent the day exploring the area. We had lunch at Playa Blanca, apparently the highest altitude beach in the world(?) We had the place to ourselves and had a great (and cheap) meal - not a lot... more
